2 Hearts Community Inclusion Solutions (2HCIS) exists to strengthen how communities include, support, and create opportunities for people with disabilities.

  • The work is rooted in the belief that meaningful inclusion is built through relationships, shared responsibility, and practical action. Systems work best when families, organizations, employers, and community partners move forward together with clear communication, respect, and a shared purpose.

  • 2HCIS focuses on turning values into practice by helping communities design services, build skills, and create pathways that support dignity, choice, and belonging. The goal is not only access, but participation, contribution, and long-term stability for the people being supported.
